Do you have a showroom? Can I see tiles in person?
Yes! Our showroom is open to the public and stocked with our full clearance range. You can view, touch and compare tiles in person before purchasing.
Where do I pick up from?
Orders can be collected directly from our warehouse/showroom.

Pickup Times: Monday – Friday 8:00am- 3:30pm
How will my tiles be packaged for pickup?
Tiles are securely packed in cartons and placed on pallets for easy transport. We take care to ensure products are safe to load into your vehicle or onto a trailer.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your order size, weight, and location. The final cost will be calculated at checkout so there are no surprises.
How will my tiles be delivered?
Tiles are delivered by professional freight carriers, securely packaged on pallets. Deliveries are made to the kerbside or driveway unless otherwise arranged. If you’re unsure, have your delivery address handy and either call or email us for more info. We’re more than happy to help.
Do I need to be home/onsite to receive my order?
Yes. Someone must be available to accept and sign for delivery. If you can’t be home, you can nominate someone else to receive the order on your behalf.
My tiles have arrived damaged. What can I do?
If your tiles arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. Take clear photos of the damage and email them to hello@goodbuytiles.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will resolve it quickly.
Can I exchange my tiles?
Exchanges are not available on clearance stock. Please choose carefully before purchasing, as all clearance sales are final.
Can I return my tiles?
Returns are not available on clearance stock. Once purchased, clearance items cannot be returned unless required under Australian consumer law.
Can I have my tiles refunded?
Refunds are not available on clearance stock unless the product is faulty or not as described, in line with Australian consumer law.
