Payment Terms

We charge a design consult booking fee of $50 which is fully refunded if you purchase some tiles from our range following the consult (valid for up to one year). Why – well we all value your time and ours -the deposit acts like an agreement between us, that you have our undivided attention to assist your design needs at your scheduled time. If you need to cancel – no worries, we understand things come up, all that we ask is that you give us 24 hours notice and we can refund your consult booking fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment we keep the fee, which covers us for not being able to re-fill the appointment with such short notice. The charge is taken at the time you make your appointment and you can reschedule through our booking system if giving more than 24 hours notice.
